“Coya” means Queen in Quechua, the ancestral language of the Andes.
At Casa Coya, we honor that legacy through a culinary vision that brings together heritage, technique, and hospitality.
Our kitchen finds balance between the steakhouse fire and the freshness of a Peruvian raw bar. Each dish expresses identity, respect for the ingredient, and execution refined down to the smallest detail.
Casa Coya aims to remain in memory.
From our acevichada oysters to Angus cuts selected and aged with precision, every preparation reflects culinary discipline and aesthetic sensibility.
Peruvian flavors are presented with clarity and character.
No excess. No artifice. Only technique, product, and balance.
Casa Coya’s kitchen is led by Executive Chef Renzo Kuong Arrayán, trained at Le Cordon Bleu Lima and experienced in renowned international kitchens such as Central (Lima), Minibar by José Andrés, and Imperfecto in Washington, D.C.
His vision combines rigorous technique, deep respect for Andean ingredients, and a contemporary interpretation that speaks to Atlanta’s gastronomic diversity.
In every dish, discipline, intention, and coherence are evident.
Our space has been designed for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions that require gastronomic excellence and attentive service.
Each event at Casa Coya is crafted with discretion, precision, and personalized attention to ensure an experience worthy of the moment.
Located in one of the city’s most dynamic areas, we offer an environment where Latin elegance meets contemporary architecture with a warm, sophisticated character.
A restaurant’s true measure lies in the experience it leaves with those who visit.

Even the chef, Renzo, came to the table to introduce himself and check on us to make sure everything was on point. And it was! We recommend the Picanha, Ceviche Mixto Coya, and the rotisserie chicken. A Peruvian Gem. 💋✨❤️🔥💯🔥 Alejandra MorenoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
